New tool for creating iGoogle themes

Keep in mind that the new tool doesn't offer all the options that the iGoogle Theme API does, such as the ability to change pictures at certain times during the day or put a picture at the bottom of the page. If you'd like to try your hand at a more advanced theme, you can find the documentation at the iGoogle Theme API site.
